The American College of Real Estate Lawyers
The American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) has an exclusive admissions process that evaluates the legal abilities, experience, and standards of professional conduct of its fellows. To become a fellow, a lawyer must have completed at least 10 years of distinguished practice, writing, lectureship, and service. The application process takes approximately two months, and the successful applicant must have a 3.7 GPA.
Sally Hasenfratz
Sally Hasenfratz is a director of Phillips Murrah LLP, where she practices real estate and transactional law. She has been practicing law for over 25 years. Admission to the College is by invitation only and includes a rigorous peer-review process. ACREL members are chosen based on their high standards of professional conduct and contributions to the improvement of commercial real estate law.
Sally Hasenfratz focuses on transactional law, with a particular focus on real estate and business organization law. She has extensive experience in the development of the commercial real estate, including redevelopment, leasing, and financing. She also has experience with complex public-private development projects. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and co-founded CREW-OKC, a chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women in Oklahoma.
Nancy Petrulis
In her role as President, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers promotes and encourages legal excellence through its programs and membership opportunities. She oversees the Volunteer Lawyers Program and oversees ACT 2, while Amy Vavra handles Development & Communications.
